Situation: 
Post-merger integration of small-cap Silicon Valley equipment company and large defense contractor division that resulted in disparate systems, processes and modes of operation, further resulting in financial restatements

John’s Contribution:  Led the “One Company – One Team” process and tooling integration efforts to bring two regimes, associated with box vs. solution sales cycles, onto one process/tooling architecture, accommodating both types of sales

Outcomes:
•  Successful series of system go-live milestones resulting in a single consolidated SAP-based Order-to-Cash process
